Ian Millner
One of the most well known figures in creative agency land, Ian started Iris in 1999 on the back of a conversation down the pub with his co-founders. He went on to build the company into a $100 million+ global creative business before securing investment from Cheil Worldwide in 2014. Ian continued to run the business for over a decade before stepping down in March of this year to move into a next chapter of investing in and mentoring businesses in the creative sector.
Andrea Flamini
Always wanting to do ‘something creative’ and following a marketing career, Andrea is founder of independent jewellery brand, Loel. The company produces beautiful jewellery from Italian hand made designs and recycled gold and silver. Her pieces have been worn by celebrities including Claudia Winkleman and Mel B, with this creative empire run from a home in Ramsgate.
Ian Whybrow
With offices in London and Margate, Ian is a proven placemaker, with a focus on delivering wayfinding and environmental graphic design projects. Over the past two decades his studio has worked for major clients in the UK and overseas including Bloomberg, Tate Britain, British Museum and the Turner Contemporary. In a recent interview, Ian said; ‘Building a place where people feel they belong is at the heart of the practice.’
