9.30 -12.30 A chance to gain an understanding of the 5 lean principles and an over view of lean techniques tools and techniques. For businesses wanting to know more about Lean and how it could bring benefits to their companies.

2.00 – 4.30 The afternoon will focus on 5S, the starting point for a well organised and efficient office or factory. 5S is a method to reduce waste and optimise productivity through maintaining an orderly workplace and using visual cues to achieve more consistent operational results. It is one of the first Lean activities that companies implement on their Lean journey.
