About Frasers of Egerton

The farm had been purchased in 1960 by Jon Ian Fraser, the great-grandson of the founders of the ‘House of Fraser’ group.

As custodians of the estate since 1960, the Fraser family proudly offer our customers the opportunity to experience our renowned Frasers hospitality.

We are set in the idyllic location yet only an hour from London. Our accommodation is both historic and stylish blending seamlessly the ancient with the modern.

Our event-management and hospitality, combined with our award-winning sustainable tourism and farming practices engage and benefit both our visitor and local community.

Our guest experience is unique, offering valued customers a ‘home from home’ experience in the quintessentially, unspoilt Kent countryside.

Chamber Connections at Frasers of Egerton is proudly sponsored by the University of Kent.

We’re ambitious for our people, our communities and the region we serve – join us in making the world a better place. Our work is driven by our deep and abiding values, our pride in our past and the people and communities we serve.

Our education and research, and the talents of our staff and students, will support social, economic, cultural, intellectual and public life in ways that will make us one of the leading civic universities.  Our staff and students make a significant contribution within our local communities through volunteering, research and public service, while our international links enhance their experience through contact with different countries, cultures and experiences
