Offering tailored, online mentoring designed to support small and medium-sized businesses across Kent and Medway to plan for growth and move forward with confidence.
Businesses taking part will receive personalised, one-to-one mentoring delivered online, focused on growth planning and practical next steps. The support is flexible, easy to access, and designed to fit around busy schedules.

When will the mentoring take place?
All mentoring sessions will be completed by 31st March 2026.
What does the programme include?
- Up to 6 hours of free mentoring per business, delivered online
- Split into three sessions of up to 2 hours each
- Focused on growth planning, business challenges, and opportunities specific to your business
- Support for 30 businesses across Kent and Medway
- Simple online registration via the Kent & Medway Growth Hub website
- Access to the wider Growth Hub support network, including resources, events, and additional guidance

How is the mentoring delivered?
- All sessions are remote via Zoom or Teams for convenience
- Businesses are matched with a sector- or function-specific mentor to ensure advice is relevant
- Clear outcomes are recorded in Evolutive CRM to track impact
- All mentoring meets medium-intensity support standards under DBT definitions

Who can register?
- Businesses can register via the Kent & Medway Growth Hub website. A sign-up form is available online.

- Businesses located in the Kent and Medway Economic Area
- Registered businesses or start-ups within the area
- Pre-start entrepreneurs needing support to launch
